EAM Collaborative is a teacher-run business with a deep rooted dedication for education. My purpose is to meet every child and teacher where they are as individuals, believe in their potential to grow, and develop sustainable learning capacity as thinkers, readers, and writers to inspire all of us to continually bring our best each day!

Young Writers’ Institute

“Sharing who we are through a pencil.”

  • EAM will bring master-licensed teachers to your school site for a week-long, half-day writing camp!

  • Young Writers’ Institute is open for aspiring young authors entering grades 3-9.

  • Award-winning guest authors will visit the camp to work directly with young writers.

  • Friday, the last day of camp, will be a special Sharing Celebration Day. Friends and family are invited to join writers to hear their finished pieces.

Professional Development

  • EAM believes professional development must mirror the best teaching practices we expect our students to experience each day.

  • EAM offers a menu of professional development options for school staff and teams. Customized P.D. is also available in order to meet the specific requests of your school community.

  • Reach out to share your vision, goals, and needs.

Coaching & Mentoring

  • EAM Collaborative provides one-on-one mentoring and coaching for both first-year and veteran teachers.

  • Mentoring includes observation labs using clear norms and protocols to study, learn, and engage with master educators.

  • EAM Mentor takes on the role of coach, collaborator, consultant and friend in order to meet some of the induction requirements as well as grow sustainability in the teaching profession.
