EAM Collaborative provides one-on-one Mentoring and Coaching for first-year through veteran Elementary Teachers

EAM Mentor mentoring services begin by gaining understanding of mission, vision and goals of district, school, team and individual teacher.

EAM Mentoring experience will include observation lab rotations using clear norms and observational protocols creating opportunities for teachers to engage in study, dialogue and reflection with master educators.

EAM Mentor takes on the role of coach, collaborator, consultant and friend with the hope of empowering and inspiring every teacher to bring their best to every child regardless where he falls on the trajectory.

EAM Collaborative believes that targeted teacher mentoring has the power to raise student achievement and create vital sustainability needed for the teaching profession.
